Bug Fix patch

- Fixed an unused controller blocking input from an active Xbox controller. - Improved desktop controller fallback activation when moving the stick. - Corrected button prompts for Xbox Wireless controllers. - Teddy portals no longer spawn on Event Horizon levels. - Fixed missing Crit Chance rolls on VEX.E Horizon gear, including Recalibration Cube options on existing pieces. - Horizon gear can now roll Crit Chance alongside its fixed Crit Chance bonus. - Reduced performance drops when using Critical Kernel with Bladespin. Damage and critical promotion chances remain unchanged. - Fixed continuing enemy waves stopping in long Infinite runs, including the sudden cutoff around 55 minutes in Accelerated Deletion.
